A massive utility complex known to most as "The Cortex" dominates the level of Suburba which the Abkal control. This facility was originally built as a centralized archival and information processing center, but its role has shifted as the Guilds increased their foothold and adjusted their priorities. Symphony took the most valuable parts of Deshret's information services to Delos and left the unguilded to fend for themselves.
