Tourniquet

Stop a bleeding limb with a tourniquet.

put on

medical stabilize <patient>

Hold a tourniquet and use this on the patient. A tourniquet goes on an arm or a leg. A junctional tourniquet goes on the groin or a shoulder.

loosen

medical treat <patient> at <part>

Name the body part and no item. A tourniquet stays on until someone loosens it.
