Example: "Nice night for it.
to

whisper
whisper <person>[, <person> ...] = <message>
Speak quietly to one or more people. Others in the room may catch part of it.
pose
pose <text>
.<text>Write what you do in the first person and leave your name out. The game puts
your name in front and fixes your first verb for each reader. Put a dot in
front of any later verb that needs the same fix. Your I, my, and
me become your pronouns for everyone else.Example: .wave at Prismodal and .give them a nudge.
You see: You wave at Prismodal and give them a nudge.
Others see: Sol waves at Prismodal and gives them a nudge. The person you name reads "you" in place of their name.
Name people the way you see them: their short description, the name you gave
them with recog, or a few words from the end of their description, such
as the willowy woman. One word on its own, such as the woman, stays
ordinary prose. When two people match, add another word from the description
or put a number in front: 1-willowy woman or 2-willowy woman.Anything in quotes is speech. Everyone reads it as you said it, names
included. Curly quotes work, and a quote you forget to close runs to the end
of the line.comma pose
,<text>
pose ,<text>Start with a comma to open the pose your own way. Your name does not go in
front, and your first verb stays as you typed it. Your first I becomes
your name.Example: ,Grinning, I .lean back in my chair.
Others see: Grinning, Sol leans back in her chair.
emote
emote <text>
emote ,<text>Write what you do in the third person. Everyone reads the text as you typed
it, after your name. Start with a comma to leave your name out. Names of
people in the room change for each reader, as in a pose, and quoted speech
stays as you said it.Example: emote waves at Prismodal.
