The Fleet
The other Houses like to be deep down. Valcora is the only one that likes to go up. House Valcora owns the largest aviation fleet in Deshret. Valcora wings hold the monopoly on transit charters when the guilds need transport, inside the city or out of it. That also means air superiority, and power over every other organisation in the city.
Pilots First
In Valcora, pilots outrank everyone else, whatever their titles. Valcora are restless, nomadic, clannish, and very superstitious, with beliefs and ways of their own. Because of their work, they have some of the highest death rates of any nobles in the city.
Their wanderlust and curiosity often put them at odds with Sepulchre. Many find a home with the Outriders, and a good share of the Outriders' senior, experienced members are Valcora stock.
Bastards of House Valcora take the surname Gale.
