The Unseen Guild
Pegasus holds a permanent seat on the Council of Six. It pays its Church tithes on time, casts its votes on civic policy, and follows council procedure. Unlike the other five guilds, it has no public floor in Delos, no spokespeople, no known particle, and no visible members anywhere in the city.
Rumours
What Pegasus actually does is an open question. Some say it is a surveillance front or a black-budget arm of the Inquisition. Others say it is a sinecure, a private payroll for the well-connected of Palatine. Others still say it is a hidden tech collective, building experimental hardware out of sight. Letters to Pegasus get no answer.
Patron
Pegasus claims Saint Cinder as its patron: the Founder of dangerous fire, secret knowledge, and the hazards that survival sometimes needs.
