Step away. The room sees that you stepped away, and your name carries an [AFK]
tag in the room list. Alias: @away.
With minutes (a whole number, 1 to 99) the tag counts down to the mark, then
counts up past it: [AFK-5] five minutes before, [AFK+2] two minutes after. A
number over 99 acts as no minutes. With no minutes the tag carries no count and
stays until you return.

@bak
Return. The room sees that you returned and the tag clears. Alias: @unafk.
Any command that does something ends the tag on its own, with no announcement.
The state survives disconnecting until you type @bak.
