Ask staff for help, report a problem, or read your requests. Every request has a short number, like #1042.

xassist <message>

Send a message to staff. It goes on your active request, or opens a new one,
and you are told which request it went to. It works in every state, so you
can always reach staff. Staff replies arrive on the request.

Bare @request opens a short menu: ask staff a question, report a bug, report a player, ask for an NPC, or read your requests. In the web client it opens the new request form in the Assist panel instead. With a brief summary and details it sends a help request at once. Alias: @helprequest.

Open your request list. Read a request, add a reply, or withdraw one of your open requests. Withdrawn requests stay readable in the finished list. At login you are told if a request has a reply you have not read.

Read one request or add a reply. A request is open until staff answer it, then answered. Replying to a closed request opens it again.

Open the guided form for an NPC puppet request. The form asks for the NPC, what has happened so far, what you want from the scene, and your character's contact information. Review the answers before you submit. You can leave and wait for a reply: staff use the contact information to reach you. In the web client it opens the NPC request form in the Assist panel instead. Open the guided bug report form. While you are held, down, or unconscious the form cannot be answered, so @bug <what went wrong> files the report in one line. In the web client, @bug on its own opens the bug report form in the Assist panel instead.

Report a player to senior staff for investigation. The report is private, and the player you name is not told. In the web client, @report on its own opens the report form in the Assist panel.
