Overdue boxes

When the paid time runs out, the box stays in the vault, even for its tag. To open it again, pay every week it owes, a late fee of one week's rent, and at least one week ahead. box pay shows the bill and how long it pays for, and asks before it charges you.

A box overdue for four weeks is cleared out, and what was in it is thrown away.
